Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Work:

The estimate provides an approximation of costs for the services described. The final cost may vary based on project details finalized or negotiated. You will be notified of any changes to the cost prior to their implementation. Upon acceptance, we will perform the services specified. Any additional services requested that are not included in this estimate will incur extra charges.


2. Pricing:

The prices provided are valid for 14 days from the date of this estimate. Any changes to project specifications, quantities, or other aspects that are requested or approved by you will not be binding unless accepted in writing. Such changes may result in increased charges, which you agree to pay.

3. Payment Terms:

A deposit of 50% is required upon acceptance of this estimate. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the services or as stated on the invoice. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes are your responsibility. Invoices not paid by the due date may incur interest until payment is received.

4. Scheduling:

Services will be completed according to the agreed-upon schedule. While we strive to adhere to this schedule, there is no guaranteed timeframe for completion. Multiple visits to the property may be required. We will contact you upon arrival and may visit the property with minimal notice to assess service needs or verify completion.

5. Access to Property:

By signing this contract, you authorize us to access your property to perform the services outlined in this estimate. This includes the right to assess the property before the scheduled service date and to inspect the work upon completion.

6. Damage Disclaimer:

We are committed to protecting your property but are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to our services.


7. Warranty:

  1. Christmas Lighting: We guarantee the quality of our workmanship for the entirety of the holiday season (installation through December 23rd, 2025). This warranty excludes damage due to natural wear and tear, extreme weather, or misuse.

  2. Everlights: We guarantee the quality of our workmanship for 1 year after completion. This warranty excludes damage due to natural wear and tear, extreme weather, or misuse. Additionally, there is a 5 year warranty on all Everlights parts (labor not included).

  3. Omni: We guarantee the quality of our workmanship for 1 year after installation. This warranty excludes damage due to natural wear and tear, extreme weather, or misuse. Additionally, there is a limited lifetime warranty on all Omni products.

8. Marketing and Communications:

You agree to allow us to use photos, descriptions, reviews, quotes, texts, or videos of your property for marketing purposes. By engaging with our services, you consent to receive notifications and messages regarding our promotions and services.


9. Acceptance of Estimate:

By signing our contract, you acknowledge that you are entering into a legally binding agreement for the work to be performed as described in the estimate. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to these terms to ensure a smooth and satisfactory service experience.
